CONTINUED SUCCESS AT THE BISHOPTON DEVELOPMENT
We con琀椀nue our long term
involvement at this major Glasgow
development of Dargavel Village,
Bishopton, progressing the next
phase of remedia琀椀on and earthworks
to prepare the site for future
residen琀椀al use.
This phase focuses on site remedia琀椀on,
contaminated material management and
the earthworks needed to prepare the land for
future residen琀椀al development. Delivered over
84 weeks across two years, our works include
above and below ground demoli琀椀on, cut and 昀椀ll
opera琀椀ons, deep drainage and new SUDS features.
Working alongside the Environmental Clerk of
Works, we have managed challenges such as
adverse weather and protected wildlife, ensuring
responsible delivery throughout the scheme.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
An 84 week, £11.5 million phase delivering
demoli琀椀on, remedia琀椀on, earthworks and drainage
for future development.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Demoli琀椀on above and below ground, remedia琀椀on,
cut and 昀椀ll, deep drainage and SUDS construc琀椀on.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Wildlife constraints including ground nes琀椀ng
birds, badgers and o琀琀ers managed with the
support of the ECoW.
SUSTAINABLE DELIVERY
On site material processing and responsible
methods that support lower carbon construc琀椀on.
